What we collect
Only what the enquiry form asks for: your name, phone number, email address, where you are travelling from and to, the date and time, how many people are travelling, and anything you write in the notes. Nothing is collected in the background, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we hold it
To quote your fare, confirm the job and drive it. We also keep it as a record of the booking so we can answer questions about it later, and so a repeat trip does not need to be typed out twice.
Who sees it
The Luxury Cabs and the driver assigned to your trip. Enquiries are delivered by our email provider and stored in our mailbox. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking records while they are useful for servicing your travel and for the period required of a commercial passenger vehicle operator in Victoria. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. If you would rather not use the form, call and give us the details over the phone instead.
